Uncovering what matters.
We begin with a relaxed pre-recoding consultation (which can include family members) to understand what you’d like to capture and what matters most. This stage is crucial as it allows us to create structured questions, tailored around your specific journey and the story you want to share.

The recording.
We record a guided, natural conversation in a setting that is comfortable for you (most clients feel most relaxed at home) to cover the areas of your life that you want to share. Our approach is relaxed and calm, helping memories to unfold without pressure or scripting.

Shaping your story.
We carefully edit and refine the recording into a beautifully crafted film with music and photos added to enrich your story. The end result is a lasting family legacy video in a gorgeous presentation box that you can revisit, share and pass down through generations.

There are no awkward questions, no pressure and no expectation to share anything you're not comfortable with.
The goal isn't to uncover secrets or put you on the spot. It's to help you tell your story in a way that feels natural, enjoyable and true to you.
And if, after filming, there's anything you'd prefer not to include in the finished film, that's completely your choice. This is your story, and you decide what becomes part of your family's legacy.

Before filming, we'll discuss any important topics you'd like included, and I'll guide the conversation on the day.
The interview is designed to feel natural, relaxed and conversational rather than formal or scripted. As if you are having a chat with a friend or family member!

Most interviews take place in the comfort of the person's own home, where they feel relaxed and surrounded by familiar memories.
Other locations can also be considered if there is a place that holds special meaning.
Most interviews take between two and three hours, including breaks if needed.
The pace is always guided by the person being interviewed.
